YAC – "Young Apostles of Christ"
In the Province of Bangalore, the Young Apostles of Christ (YAC) is a vibrant platform where children and young people are guided to grow in faith, leadership, and missionary spirit. Through regular gatherings, prayer moments, value-based activities, and community outreach programs, YAC forms young hearts to live the Gospel with joy and conviction.
Our MSMHC Sisters accompany the youth closely, helping them deepen their relationship with God, develop confidence, and cultivate a spirit of compassion and service. YAC members are encouraged to take part in liturgical animation, charitable initiatives, and social awareness programs that nurture their sense of responsibility toward society.
As tomorrow’s leaders, these young apostles are prepared to radiate Christ’s light in their families, schools, parishes, and communities—becoming agents of peace, unity, and transformation.
WAC – "Women Apostles of Christ"
The Women Apostles of Christ (WAC) is a faith-formation group dedicated to empowering women in Christian values, leadership, and active participation in the Church’s mission. In the villages and mission centers across the five states we serve, WAC plays a significant role in uplifting women spiritually, socially, and morally.
Through prayer gatherings, Scripture sharing, family faith formation, skill-development programs, and community support networks, WAC helps women discover their dignity, strength, and God-given mission. The MSMHC Sisters accompany them as they grow into strong pillars of their families and catalysts of positive change in their communities.
WAC members are encouraged to lead by example—promoting harmony in families, fostering values in children, supporting parish life, and reaching out to the poor and the marginalized. Their commitment enriches both Church and society with courage, compassion, and faith.
